Sydney Wedding Cinema Highlights | Erin + Ben: Oatlands House
We were delighted to have Erin and Ben choose us to produce their wedding video in a creative, entertaining and unobtrusive way. The day started with the boys preparing at home and the girls at Erin’s family home in the Concord area of Sydney.
A string quartet welcomed all on what was a perfect spring weather day for the wedding ceremony in the refurbished landscaped gardens of Oatlands House, Sydney. Friends and family witnessed a very warm and touching service with some nice wedding vows repeated by both the bride and groom. Soon after the ceremony, we captured some shots of Erin and Ben along with their guests and witnesses before the celebrations continued in the Oatlands House function rooms. The bride, groom and all their guests partied ’til the late hours of the evening.
Thank you to Erin & Ben for inviting us to capture this warm and very and special day.
This video from Erin and Ben’s wedding is a 7-minute highlight of the day shot with a single Canon 5D MkIII 35mm DSLR camera. The lenses used included Canon’s 24-105mm f4 L series lens; Canon’s 50mm f1.2; and the Canon 14mm f2.8 super wide angle lens. Limited use of a lightweight monopod was used with the majority of the shots were handheld.

Sydney Wedding Video Highlights | Drew + Ellise: Le Montage
Moving Memories Video was honoured to be part of this very special day for Drew and Ellise. The day started with the boys getting ready in the City. The girls prepared at the spectacular Four Seasons Hotel in the Rocks, Sydney. We were met by panoramic Sydney Harbour views and a group of stunning bridesmaids and the gorgeous bride in a fantastic wedding gown as they finished their last minute touches with their close family.
The ceremony was in the Chapel of the historic Saint Paul’s College Camperdown, just near Sydney University. There was a strong theme of romance with flowers and pastel balloons with a hint of a rustic country flavour. It was obvious the bride and groom put a lot of thought into their day with such a delightful theme. Bubbles, balloons and rose petals welcomed the couple as they walked through an archway of family and friends to get some shots in the grounds of Saint Paul’s.
There were even more special touches waiting for all at the magnificent Le Montage, Lilyfield. The room was filled with great detail from the special fingerprint wedding tree, themed lighting, and even sweet pots of honey for all their guests to take home. The night was filled with joy and laughter from everyone in the room. We heard some special words in the after-dinner speeches including some lovely words from the bride. After a great meal, the dance floor was packed with guests dancing to English and traditional Greek music through ’til midnight just before the bride and groom left to begin their new lives together.
Thank you to Drew, Ellise, Con and Toula for inviting us to capture this very unique and special day.
